Synopsis:  Lima Kwanza Ltd is creating a market for non-exportable avocados (about 16,000 tons in 2017) by opening an avocado oil export business in Tanzania. The project is also promoting local consumption or fresh avocados by supplying professional mail and harvesting from tree to market place.

Our role: Lima Kwanza Ltd wanted to submit a proposal and Realized, at a late stage, the size of the task. Under a short notice, DIBcoop gather all necessary informations from the different stakeholders. DIBcoop further support in project development and planning for implementation..
