Private Sector Investment programme (PSI)

DIBcoop writes project proposals for the Dutch PSI fund in close
collaboration with the entrepreneur and guide this through PSI. This is done on
a no cure no pay basis. A dozen projects guided by DIBcoop have been approved
already.

For more information on the criteria and on how we work or if you would like
to discuss if your investment plans fit the PSI criteria please contact us.

The Private Sector Investment Programme (PSI) is a programme of the Dutch
government that finances 50% of innovative investment projects in a number of
emerging countries.

The driving force is poverty alleviation: investment and transfer of
knowledge & technology leads to economic development, employment and local
income.

PSI is a business to business investment fund for a local and a foreign
company (for some countries only Dutch companies are eligible as foreign
partner); third parties may join the consortium partners. Main criteria are
economic criteria, partner criteria, a well written project proposal and
positive impact on local economy. Maximum project budget is 1.5 M euro with a
750.000 euro grant, most of this is for hardware. New Innovative businesses with
labour creation and preferable green in all sectors are eligible.

Other funds and subsidies

DIBcoop also has access to a number of other financing mechanisms. We work
together with a number of experts in these fields. Selection of the correct
subsidy highly depends on your business plans.
